Unless you ask for publication on only the web-page or newsletter, your item will usually be published in both.
WOMENS WORLD DAY OF PRAYER

Both services followed by refreshments. All Welcome!

REFRESHMENTS

Do you enjoy that wonderful slice of cake or the hot bacon bap, or
cup of coffee that "appears" on Sunday mornings? Are you looking for
a way to use your talents of baking, cooking, washing dishes, or
visiting with very special people? Well, have we got a job for you!!!

Please talk to Louisa (324714) or Sue (322757) to volunteer on the
2nd Sunday of the month. Many thanks to everyone who eats &
drinks with us each Sunday!

TUESDAY LUNCHTIME PRAYERS.
Tuesday's 12:00 Noon in St. Mary's.

We'd love you to join us & to encourage others to do so; see the
prayer section of the new notice board at the back of church. Please
prompt our praying with your thanksgivings & requests on the prayer
board just inside the church door. You can also pray privately for the
intentions there. We do meet before 'Lunch @ One' so you could join
us for a few minutes before your feast! No need to arrive at noon.

RING & RIDE COMMUNITY TRANSPORT

This service is now available weekday evenings between 6.30 and
10.00pm , Saturday between 9.00am and 5.00pm and Sundays
between 10.00am and 4.00pm. If you have a bus pass, journeys are
free but you must register with Community Transport beforehand.

THE WILLOW TREE PREGNANCY CRISIS CENTRE

We are looking for new volunteers for their counselling, education and
fundraising work. If you would like to find our more please call Joy on

QUIET DAY AT ST. MARY'S
Saturday 20th March, 10:00 am - 3:00 pm

To be led by the Rev Pauline Green. There will be a simple lunch
provided. The theme will be announced soon.

NOTICE BOARDS

Don't forget to check the notice boards at the back of the church,
for new items or photographs. Please also feel free to use them,
they are for everyone.
Different headings are in the folder attached to the board. If you need
to remove items to make space please just check with that group
and put items removed in the pigeon hole for Sue Wells or Judith
Cameron.  If you need a heading not yet available, contact Judith.

TINS FOR THE SISTERS

The winds are blowing and the snow keeps falling...please don't forget
all those hungry people of Bristol that count on that extra tin of food or
nice cup of tea. Many thanks to you all of St. Mary's.

Advance Notice
ST MARY'S COMMUNITY FESTIVAL
OF FLOWERS, MUSIC & CRAFT
15th to 18th July 2010

Starting with a preview evening on Thursday July 15th and finishing
with a Songs of Praise service at 4.30 on Sunday July 18th,
a detailed programme will be published soon. Watch this space...

We need to swell the numbers to cover all the tasks and there are
jobs enough for every one. Heather and Jacky will be needing help
with the catering each day.
We also need help welcoming visitors and general assistance setting
up and clearing away. Please speak to Alan Bulley or leave a
message at the Church Office.

Any one wanting to sponsor Flower Displays please contact Christine
Dolton in the St Mary's Office.

RENEW & REFRESH WEEKEND
Friday 24th to Sunday 26th September

After the success of the 2009 Renew & Refresh weekend, it is
planned visit the Lee Abbey Christian Community again this year. It
will cost £130 per person for a standard room full board, or
for information on extra facilities chat to Jim, see the brochure on the
notice board or visit Lee Abbey's own website.
Early booking is recommended especially if you'd like a single room,
which are in limited number and go quickly. Chat with, phone (No. on
